Readers of all ages are invited to join Skidompha Librarians for a fun celebration of The Tea Dragon Festival by Kay O’Neill. First, we’ll talk about our favorite parts of the book and then we’ll learn some American Sign Language! A number of free copies of the book will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
