The Local History & Genealogy Section has 3 main subsections, all of which are constantly expanding:
- Genealogy and Local History – noncirculating materials including published and unpublished books, binders, vertical file information, maps, periodicals, and manuscripts.
- Genealogy How–To Books – circulating collection, all with 929.26 designation
- Special Collections – Fragile and unique items requiring advance arrangements to view; some of these items have indexes available in the genealogy section. Please allow two weeks to schedule access to those materials.
